Include the name or contact details used for the order, the order date, what you purchased and what you want us to do. Do not send complete card details. Where cancellation rights apply, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
2. Your statutory cancellation rights
For many UK distance contracts for services or digital content, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into. Different rules or exceptions may apply depending on what was supplied and whether delivery has started.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where supply begins during the cancellation period after the customer has given the legally required express consent and acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost, the statutory right to cancel may end when supply begins. The consumer must receive the required confirmation. If those legal steps are not followed, consumer cancellation rights may remain.
For services begun during the cancellation period, separate rules may apply, including a proportionate charge for services supplied where the law permits. We will not treat every streaming transaction as automatically exempt from cancellation rights.
3. Faulty or misdescribed content and services
If digital content or a service does not meet the standards required by consumer law, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy such as a repair, repeat performance, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. These rights are separate from a change-of-mind cancellation period.
Please contact us with the problem, device and connection information and any order details so it can be reviewed.
4. Refund handling
Where a refund is legally due, we will process it within the period required by applicable law. The applicable payment method and any permitted deductions depend on the type of transaction and the relevant rules. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule that overrides statutory rights.

You may use this wording, but it is not compulsory. A clear cancellation message is enough where you have a legal right to cancel.
