INFORMATION & TRANSPARENCY

1. Who is responsible for your data?

IPTVRESTREAM is the contact point for personal information relating to this website and enquiries.

We use the contact details below for privacy questions and requests:

Business and trading name: IPTVRESTREAM
Correspondence address: Elm Street, Cardiff, CF24 3QR, United Kingdom
Email: hello@iptvrestream.co.uk
WhatsApp: +44 7868 788642
Website: iptvrestream.co.uk

2. Information you provide

When you enquire by WhatsApp or email, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, device type, support request, service preferences and the content of your message. If you later become a customer, we may also need details necessary to administer your purchase and assist with support.

Our website’s WhatsApp form prepares a message on your device; the message is not sent to IPTVRESTREAM until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers or sensitive personal details through general enquiries.

3. Technical and website information

When you visit the website, infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may process technical data, including IP addresses, browser and device information, request information and security-related logs, to deliver and protect the website. Information collected by an external service, such as WhatsApp when you follow its link, is also subject to that provider’s own privacy information.

The supplied version of this site does not contain an activated advertising pixel or a configured Google Analytics tag. Any future analytics, advertising or tracking integrations will require an appropriate update to our cookie information and controls.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering general enquiries: legitimate interests in responding to questions and providing assistance.
  • Taking steps towards a contract and fulfilling an agreed order: contractual necessity or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Records required by law: compliance with legal obligations, including applicable tax and accounting obligations.
  • Security and prevention of abuse: legitimate interests in securing our website, systems and correspondence.
  • Optional direct marketing: only where there is an applicable lawful basis and the relevant electronic-marketing rules are satisfied.

Contacting us does not by itself enrol you into a marketing list.

5. Who may receive information?

We use website infrastructure hosted through Cloudflare, and WhatsApp for customer-initiated messages. Email and payment providers, if used for a particular transaction, may also process information necessary to supply those functions. We do not present the website enquiry form as an independent account database.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, applicable UK data-transfer requirements and safeguards must be respected. Check the privacy notices of the external platforms you choose to use.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiry messages are kept for the period reasonably necessary to respond, deal with follow-up questions or complaints, and manage any resulting agreement. Customer and transaction records are kept while necessary for service administration and for applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations. Security logs may be retained by hosting providers in accordance with their settings and documented retention arrangements.

We review whether identifiable information is still needed, and delete or anonymise it once the relevant purpose or legal retention obligation ends. You can ask about the applicable retention criteria for your own records by emailing us.

7. Your privacy rights

Under UK data protection law, you may be entitled to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and in some cases request portability or withdraw consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.

Contact hello@iptvrestream.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

8. Cookies and third-party links

Read our Cookie Policy for information about the website’s current setup. Following a link to WhatsApp or another website takes you to a service governed by its own policies.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy if our services, providers or legal duties change. Material changes affecting how information is used should be communicated appropriately.

For privacy questions, use the email, WhatsApp or postal address listed in section 1.
